Bar/Floor Staff:
Ideally you'll have some experience in hospitality, but this is not essential. You'll definitely need an outgoing personality, hardworking and be able to work in a small team environment and able to work anytime (weekends, evenings, etc). Sound like you?
Bar Manager
We are seeking a fun loving and outgoing personality to help manage our friendly Napier CBD Irish pub. We’re the locals’ favourite where we enjoy busy Quiz and Jingo nights as well big screen sports events.
The Rose is a part of the iconic Art Deco Masonic Hotel and we view this as a key role and long-term position within our company.
If you think you’ve got what it takes and would like to be considered it is essential you are highly organised, have full New Zealand working rights and are fluent in English. You will also need to be experienced in Hospitality Management with at least one years’ experience in a similar position and hold a Manager’s Certificate. You will be an effective leader and will enjoy being a part of a positive team and building lasting relationships with local customers while delivering exceptional customer service.
