Test your rugby skills on this world-first inflatable 20 metre long rugby game. Be the quickest to navigate the rugby-related obstacles and score under the bar. You can even purchase photos of you ‘Scoring in Napier’ to take home or send to your facebook page.

 

Sept 9 to Sept 23 daily 10am to 4pm. Open late until 10.30pm on match days Sept 18 and Sept 27. Marine Parade Napier, outside the Art Deco Masonic Hotel.

 

This is a match day celebration of Napier’s Art Deco style on the day France play Canada. The bar will be open, food will be available, the Jazz Concert featuring the HB Jazz Club Big Band and the Twin City Stompers will run from 3pm to 7pm on the Sound Shell Stage. Wander around the display of vintage cars (see Vintage Show’n’Shine), take a ride in one of the vintage cars (see Vintage Vroom), or maybe ride the Traction Engine (see Traction Attraction). This will be a deco day not to be missed and one that will leave you full of memories from your stay in Napier –the Art Deco Capital of the World.

As a part of the Deco Party @ The Sound Shell the HB Vintage Car Club members will be displaying their finest pre 1945 vintage cars in a stunning Show’n’Shine at the Sound Shell. From haughty limos to cosy coupes you’ll see some wonderfully restored vintage vehicles. You might also score yourself a ride around the city centre (see Vintage Vroom)
